Shipping charges and delivery estimates
Shipping is free to the United States and Canada. For other destinations, the ranges below are typical express-parcel estimates in US dollars. Contact our team with your country, address and equipment before ordering to confirm the final charge and delivery arrangements. International charges are not automatically calculated or collected at checkout.

These are estimated delivery periods for an order ready for fulfilment. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Availability, customs checks, carrier disruption and the destination can affect delivery. We will contact you about a material delay and explain the available options.
Parcel and freight deliveries
The regional ranges describe express parcels; they are estimates, not a fixed rate for every product or freight shipment. For destinations not listed, contact our team for a quote. Tools and smaller orders travel by parcel carrier. Heavy equipment, including Commander machines and recovery stations, may travel by freight. Provide a complete address, a contact telephone number and details of loading-dock access or other receiving requirements so we can arrange delivery.
Order updates and tracking
Use order tracking or contact info@mastercoolauto.com with your order number. For an international destination, confirm delivery availability and any customs or import arrangements with our team before ordering. Any applicable government import charges are separate from shipping; we will clarify the arrangements for your order.
When your order arrives
Inspect the packaging and equipment on receipt. Note visible damage with the carrier and keep photographs and packaging where practical. Report shortages, incorrect items or transit damage to us within 14 days of receipt. Transit damage should also be reported through the carrier’s claim process. We will help coordinate the next steps.
If delivery is delayed
Contact us if an expected delivery has not arrived. If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will explain the delay and provide cancellation/refund options in line with applicable law. Tracking or a delivery estimate does not remove your statutory rights.
