Check the exact model, refrigerant compatibility, voltage and included accessories before ordering. Product pages show the offered price and availability. Prices are displayed in US dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Any applicable taxes or other charges must be disclosed before you confirm an order.
Provide accurate contact and delivery details. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request; our team will contact you if a material pricing, availability or configuration issue prevents fulfilment. We will not substitute a materially different product or increase an agreed charge without your agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled, payment for the unfulfilled portion will be refunded.

Shipping and delivery
Our shipping policy sets out charges, estimated delivery times and freight arrangements. If we cannot ship within an agreed period, we will notify you, offer a revised arrangement and explain your cancellation/refund options as required by applicable law.
Returns, refunds and warranty
Return requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Mastercool pays return shipping and charges no restocking fee. Refunds are issued within five days after the returned item is received and the return accepted. See returns and refunds for instructions.
Warranty coverage depends on the model and applicable terms. See warranty information. Nothing here excludes a remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
Safe and appropriate use
Professional A/C and HVAC/R equipment must be selected and operated for its intended purpose, following the exact model’s instructions and relevant safety, refrigerant-handling and qualification requirements. Product summaries are not substitutes for operating manuals or technician training.

Mastercool names, marks, product materials and other website content remain subject to their owners’ rights. Do not misrepresent ownership or use the website to introduce malicious code, misuse accounts or disrupt service.
