Mastercool Black Series Infrared Refrigerant Leak Detector (55600)

Mastercool Black Series Infrared Refrigerant leak detector (55600)

• Mastercool’s 55600 handheld infrared refrigerant leak detector uses an infrared sensor to effectively identify halogenated gases.
• The ergonomic design and rugged construction provides effortless refrigerant leak detection all while allowing the technician to easily adjust sensitivity to adapt to different environments.
• This superior IR (infrared) leak detector detects the refrigerant by scanning the area in a slow target scan mode.
• Moving the sensor back and forth until the alarm sounds; the IR sensor zeroes out when held over a leak.
• This unit provides the same trigger conditions for all refrigerants which is an advantage over other technologies that work better for some refrigerants than others.
• Packaged in a zippered carry case this kit includes the 55600 infrared refrigerant leak detector, charging cable and replacement filters.

FEATURES:

• Innovative infrared sensor offers an extended sensor life of 10 years
• Easily select high, medium and low sensitivity levels with a maximum sensitivity up to 0.14 oz/yr
• Advanced TFT screen provides clear and easy readings using color graphics that show leakage, sensitivity, battery level and sensor fault indicators
• Peak button indicates the maximum leak detected during measurements
• Auto-off function will automatically shut down the unit after 10 minutes
• Designed to meet EN14624, SAE1627, SAE2791 and SAE2913 standards
